I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with approximately 30 years of psychiatric nursing experience. Safe Haven Inclusion Network grew from my commitment to helping people find understanding and individualized care.
Professional and lived experience
I have autism and ADHD, and I am a mother of five neurodivergent children. That experience is a meaningful part of how I approach my work, alongside my clinical training and experience.
I know that people experience the world differently. My approach starts with listening to your concerns, understanding your needs, and working together on your care.
How I can help
I provide diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other mood disorders. Autism and ADHD evaluations and ongoing treatment are available for adults and children.
I welcome children ages 5 and older, teens, and adults. Children age 4 may be considered individually. Most appointments take place through telehealth for patients in North Carolina and Virginia, with evening and weekend appointments available.
