Evaluations for adults and children
If you are seeking an evaluation for yourself or your child, contact the practice or book through Headway. The practice can explain the appropriate appointment type, evaluation process, and any preparation needed.
Children ages 5 and older are welcome. Children age 4 may be considered individually; please contact us to discuss your child’s needs.
Care after an evaluation
An evaluation can be a starting point for understanding your needs and discussing ongoing care. Safe Haven offers medication management and therapy, including care for co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD.
Your care plan is discussed with you and tailored to your individual concerns.

Appointments are available for patients in North Carolina and Virginia. Most visits take place through telehealth, with evening and weekend appointments available.
