New Patients & Insurance
Know what to expect before your first appointment.
Safe Haven Inclusion Network is accepting new patients in North Carolina and Virginia. Most appointments take place through telehealth, with evening and weekend appointments available.
Who we welcome
Children ages 5 and older, teens, and adults seeking care for anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, OCD, and other mood disorders. Children age 4 may be considered individually.
Before your first visit
Book through Headway or send an appointment request through our contact form. If you are seeking an autism or ADHD evaluation, let the practice know so the appointment can be arranged appropriately.
Follow the intake instructions you receive and confirm your insurance coverage or private-pay arrangements. For telehealth, plan to join from a private location and confirm any connection instructions with the practice.
Insurance and private pay
The practice lists Cigna, Aetna, BCBS of NC, Oscar Health (Optum), Oxford Health (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum), as well as private pay.
Coverage depends on your specific plan, location, and appointment type. Check through Headway or contact the practice before booking to confirm coverage, fees, and any out-of-pocket costs.
Sliding-scale options may be available. Please ask about eligibility and availability.
